Administrative Assistant (Project Management Division) FT $14-$16/hr

We’re a locally owned company that manages and maintains residential rental properties throughout the metro area, and are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team to support the Project Manager and our maintenance department.

What Does this job entail?

Role Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with Property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians
  • Communicate and partner with GPM functional experts to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure outstanding client relations and service (owners and residents)
  • Communicate and follow up on project proposals, contracts & work orders
  • Follow up on invoices and payments
  • Execute, organize and communicate materials ordering, deliveries and issues
  • Communicate with individual tenants regarding updates and notifications
  • Create and administer reports utilizing Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and some PowerPoint
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft programs knowledge and computer skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Bilingual a plus
