There is a wall Ac unit included in all units.

The bedroom has a large closet, ceiling fan, and is large enough for a king bed and side tables as needed.

Bathroom is spacious and has a fan.

Heat is included in the rent along with one storage locker. Laundry is coin operated and located on the same level.

As a tenant you are responsible for electric only. Heat, Gas, Water/Sewer/Trash are paid for by the owner.

Sorry no dogs. Cats are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Cat fee $20mo)

Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
