This unit is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved application only. Our current tenants are fantastic and the unit is an amazing condition.

We are looking for a 22-24 month lease to start, with option to renew at that time.

The home has an open living room, fireplace, and kitchen with all new appliances. Off the kitchen is a small balcony.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and master bath. There is also a full bath in the hallway.

The office room has a closet so it could be used as a 3rd bedroom or work at home space.

Included in the rent is a two car heated garage, the garage is private and not shared. There is also one large storage locker free of charge.

Laundry is in unit.

Tenants are responsible for snow removal, lawn care is included.

Gas and Electric will be in the tenants name, there is a flat fee for trash of $60 month.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)

Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
