The unit itself is on the Top floor and a corner unit. Sorry no dogs are not allowed in the building and have not been in the building previously.

Laundry is located on the main floor. It is is very clean and coin operated.

There is a window ac unit and heating is paid.

As a tenant you pay for electric only. Renters insurance is required.

Parking is available free of charge.

Sorry no dogs. Cats are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Cat fee $20mo)

Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based off income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
